NYA is running a pilot with a cohort of young apprentices to improve retention levels of young people on apprenticeships. The pilot is based in West Yorkshire. We are looking for two JNC qualified and experienced youth workers who will support young people embarking on apprenticeships.
Are you passionate about the environment and making a positive impact? Have you got an idea how digital can create change? Have you got the entrepreneurial drive and innovation to make a difference?
On 23 June NYA met with the JNC employers’ side and Local Government Association representatives to discuss the professional qualifications framework (youth support worker levels 2 & 3, professional youth worker levels 6 & 7).
UK Youth and NYA have initiated discussions to explore the benefits of a shared services model that will enable both organisations to sustain high quality services for young people in the most cost effective way.
