Wellbeing, supervision and reflection

Youth workers and those working with young people are often faced with high levels of competing pressures and challenges; workload, work-life balance, young people experiencing trauma and other significant issues.  Self-care is often at the bottom of a list of worker priorities.  As managers, there is a duty to support the wellbeing of staff and teams – not least to ensure productivity.

This one-day programme will explore models of supervision and holistic management practice to give managers concrete tools and strategies to increase staff wellbeing in a variety of professional contexts.
