    • Please provide a short summary of the evidence you are submitting
    • Before clicking submit, please ensure that yourself or your organisation are authorised to supply this evidence to the National Youth Agency: I confirm that I have permission to share the attached evidence with the National Youth Agency (NYA) for the purpose of informing and assisting the NYA Research Hub and the work of the National Youth Agency. I/Our organisation has permission from young people/parent or guardian for the use of all content, images, videos or audio enclosed within the files being submitted. I/our organisation confirms that there is no personal data included in this submission that does not have the express permission of the young person and/or their parents (if under 16) to be shared with the NYA. I/Our organisation understands that the NYA will use this information to inform the work of the NYA and give my/our organisations permission to use this data. NB: No images supplied of young people will be reproduced without the NYA gaining permission to do so.
