Young Researcher and Youth Advisor Network

The NYA set up the Young Researcher’s Network to invite young people to learn about research and conduct their own research projects, but to also co-create a research course to ensure this was fit for purpose to deliver to other young people.

Routes to Success

NYA is delighted to have been awarded The National Lottery Community Fund’s COVID-19 emergency funding for the Routes to Success project. The project supports the delivery of activities designed to support communities through the COVID-19 crisis.

Equal Equity – Impact Incubator

The Impact Incubator is a partnership between Equal Equity and the National Youth Agency as part of an ongoing commitment to capacity build Black /POC Lead organisations within the youth sector.  

Geophysics in a box

‘Geophysics in a Box’ is a three-way collaborative Leicestershire partnership between the National Youth Agency, Leicester City in the Community, and the National Space Academy.

Future Proof Parks

Future Proof Parks is a Heritage Lottery Fund programme part of the £10m Kick the Dust initiative that aims to get more young people interested and involved in preserving their local park and greenspace heritage.

Future Proof Parks Youth Action Group

Future Proof Parks is harnessing the energies and talents of young people and, through advice and training, encouraging them to support local heritage groups and ensuring their voice can heard throughout the programme.

Our Bright Future

In April 2019, NYA took on the Youth Forum function for Our Bright Future. This involves the recruitment, coordination, and delivery of the Our Bright Future Youth Forum and supporting youth representatives on the Our Bright Future Steering Group and Evaluation Panel.
