Think Big is Telefonica UK/O2’s flagship youth programme .

NYA manages Think Big and Go Think Big, and works closely with  youth partners who support young people. NYA provides youth work innovation and a focus on disadvantaged young people to ensure the programme is inclusive and meets the needs of all.

We also manage the Think Big Hub, a co-working space for young people to hot deskO2 Think Big logo painted on te wall of the Think Big Hub, meet, network, run meetings and events and show case their work. Based in Hoxton Square, London the hub provides a fantastic platform to develop  digital, entrepreneurial and work skills.

As the main delivery partner for the Telefonica programme, the NYA house the Think Big team at the Hub and manage the space on behalf of o2 Telefonica and Telefonica Foundation.



NYA has worked with O2 since 2010 and we have shaped and flexed the programme throughout this time to meet the changing nature of young people’s ambitions and innovation.

Think Big is central to our work and we are hugely proud of  our role in Think Big, continually referenced by other businesses as a leader in CSR.

  • Think Big’s direct grassroots investment in new ideas changes lives forever; growing confidence, building resilience skills and fostering entrepreneurial spirit to create leaders of the future.
  • To date Think Big has funded and supported over 7,500 young people’s big ideas.
  • Analysis has shown that for every pound spent, Think Big returns £3.81 in social benefit.
