The Youth Council UK is a national platform for youth empowerment and representation, enabling young people to contribute to policy discussions at home and abroad which impact on their lives.

Organisation Details and Consent

By completing this form, you acknowledge National Youth Agency (NYA) will collect and process your organisation's information for the purpose of your organisation becoming a Youth Council UK member. This information is collected to understand the communities and organisations we work with, helping us to tailor our support for our current members. All information, is collected and processed in line with our Privacy Policy.

In line with our Privacy Policy all data will be handled by NYA in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018 (or applicable local data protection laws), and the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025. Data will be processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently, and will be limited to what is necessary for the stated purposes.

Data will be retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes and to meet any legal or regulatory obligations, after which it will be securely deleted or anonymised.
