Together, let’s do something amazing for young people.

Become a Corporate partner

Work with us to help change young lives

Partner with us to help young people develop the life skills, self-belief and aspirations needed to enjoy a brighter future.

Help us ensure that every young person has access to youth workers who can help them overcome barriers and unlock their potential. Youth work provides safe spaces and opportunities for young people to build friendships, discover hobbies and gain essential life skills.

Together, let’s do something brilliant and see the transformational impact your organisation can have on young people’s lives and communities.

“As a young person I was high on antisocial behaviour lists and regularly excluded from school. I genuinely think if I hadn’t gone to Youth Moves, I probably would have ended up in prison. Instead, I got my head down, got GCSEs and went to college.”

Inspiring the next generation

It’s hard to be a young person in today’s world. With rising social and mental health issues and long waiting lists for support services, many young people are dropping out of education and training and finding their lives on the wrong track.

Youth workers support 11–19-year-olds through major life transitions, helping them to explore their identity, navigate difficult relationships and develop their aspirations for the future.

Youth work works! As a young person with ADHD and autism I didn’t fit in anywhere else. Youth work gave me the sense of belonging and resilience I needed.”

Why work with us

By partnering with us, your organisation can make a transformational impact on young people’s lives and communitiesLet’s create something extraordinary together. Ready to make your impact?

Transform young lives - and your business

Every corporate partnership we build is bespoke, aligning your strategic goals with our mission to empower young people. What they all have in common? A measurable, lasting impact on the lives of those who need it most.

We’ve collaborated with leading banks – including a four-year partnership with NatWest Group – and global tech firms to unlock skills, raise aspirations, and boost youth employability. These partnerships not only deliver powerful social impact, but also elevate brand reputation through media exposure and award recognition.

In partnership with NatWest Bank, we developed NatWest Thrive – a programme that empowers young people with the confidence, goal-setting skills, money know-how and resilience they need to pursue their dreams. The programme was shaped through consultation with young people and their youth workers, ensuring it reflects their needs and aspirations.

We’re proud of the impact NatWest Thrive is making. The feedback from participants speaks volumes:

  • 74% report a stronger sense of self-belief and general confidence
  • 72% feel more inspired to take action towards their goals

"I feel so much more positive about my future. The NatWest Thrive sessions gave me something to work towards and look forward to. I feel like I will be able to save money for once - we would have never learnt this at school!"

Engage your people, energise your culture

Our partnerships offer hands-on volunteering and fundraising opportunities that connect your employees directly with young people in their communities. It’s more than giving back – it’s building pride, purpose, and team spirit.

Youth work saves a staggering £500 million annually by preventing knife crime, anti-social behaviour, and other criminal justice costs—equivalent to a taxpayer saving of £3.20 to £6.40 for every £1 invested.

Tata Consultancy Services

We have worked with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) for several years, and they have supported us through a wide range of valuable initiatives, from providing prestigious venues for key events to delivering dynamic design thinking workshops that contributed to the development of our Digital Youth Work Standards. They also generously share their expertise by leading development sessions for the team and offering a dedicated mentoring programme. We actively support each other’s events, reflecting a collaborative partnership built on mutual respect and a shared commitment of common goals.

I feel incredibly fortunate to be working with the team at TCS. Every time we collaborate, it genuinely feels like we’re one big, united team. There’s a real sense of shared purpose that underpins everything we do together. We’re all deeply passionate about youth work and committed to creating opportunities for young people to thrive. Whether we’re co-delivering projects, sharing ideas, or supporting each other’s events, the drive, creativity, and passion are always inspiring. I really value the breadth of our collaboration and look forward to continuing our work together.”

Rachael GreenePartnerships Manager, NYA

Working with the NYA is truly a two-way partnership, which has developed and flourished over the last three years. What started as a small workshop on Design Thinking for a group of youth evolved into TCS providing support to develop the amazing Digital Youth Work Standards, and then to peer mentoring for NYA staff and collaboration with TCS’ banking and financial services clients around financial literacy. It is so rewarding to be perfectly aligned in our sense of purpose and goals for supporting the next generation to have better opportunities and to thrive. We are honoured to be collaborating with the NYA and look forward to doing so in the future.”
