National Youth Agency has been commissioned by the Local Government Association in partnership with the Centre for Youth Impact to run free training for local authority commissioning managers.

These workshops will focus on how to commission with and for young people using a refreshed national outcomes framework to improve local youth services and outcomes for young people. This follows the development of an updated Youth Outcomes Framework release in late 2018.

These sessions will be led by the National Youth Agency’s CEO, Leigh Middleton, who has extensive knowledge of different approaches to commissioning youth services by local authorities.

Workshops are taking place across two locations on the following dates:

London – 20th March 2019, 10am – 1pm
Leicester – 21st March 2019, 10am – 1pm

Please note these sessions are targeted at local authority commissioning managers/leaders and not practitioners. The Centre for Youth Impact is developing a series of regional workshops for practitioners on the new Youth Outcomes Framework.
