Creating Impactful CVs and Cover Letters

Join Tata Consultancy Services’ Early Careers specialists for an interactive session designed to help youth workers support young people with their applications.
We will explore the CV journey from a first CV through to post university and college applications, covering CV structure, CVs vs cover letters, what employers look for, common mistakes, AI in applications, and how recruiters screen CVs.
The session will include short activities, polls and opportunities to share experiences, helping attendees build confidence in supporting young people throughout their employability journey. Resources and guidance will be provided after the session.
