The National Youth Agency’s refreshed Quality Mark Framework is now available to download for free for all NYA Network members.

The NYA Quality Mark was originally developed in 2006 as a tool to support local organisations in assessing the quality and impact of their work with young people. This newest incarnation of the Quality Mark is designed to be compact, accessible, contemporary, and relevant to modern day youth work; flexible for organisations whatever their shape and size. The framework document is a free tool and there is an option to go for national accreditation for those seeking external validation of their work.

The refreshed NYA Quality Mark documents are free of charge. We fundamentally believe these should be accessible to support your organisational development and help ensure you are delivering the best service for young people.

NYA Development Director, Amanda Fearn, said “We’re delighted to launch our refocused Quality Mark that is built around excellence in youth work practice. We are also hugely pleased that the framework can be shared far and wide across the sector with no cost. We fundamentally believe that this should be accessible to guide the review and development for youth provision, helping to ensure that we are all delivering the best service possible for young people.”
