We are proud to receive the Recruitment and Professional Development Award for our Routes to Success Programme. Providing a suite of resources, alongside specialist 1-2-1 training for organisations during the programme enabled us to continue supporting and developing the youth sector during a challenging period, which in turn helped young people access high quality youth work when they needed it most.

Joe Rich, Head of Youth Voice from National Lottery Community Fund said,

“National Lottery Community Fund recognises the work of NYA and the valuable support it provides to youth workers across the country.  There has never been more need to ensure quality youth work provision and Routes to Success ensures young people are better supported within our communities.”
