Youth Work Week 2026 Campaign Pack

Your toolkit for activities, advocacy and action

This pack is designed to help you get involved in celebrating the value and impact of your work during Youth Work Week 2026.

Inside, you’ll find activities, promotional resources and advocacy tools to help you work with your young people to share their stories, aspirations for the futures and why youth work matters to them. Whether you’re planning a small local event or a larger campaign, together we can amplify the voice of young people and demonstrate why youth work is needed now more than ever.

Please be aware

We want to share as much of your Youth Work Week content as possible this year, but please be mindful that we are now taking a digital safeguarding-first approach to sharing content featuring young people’s faces. We look forward to seeing content produced by your young people, or content featuring young people which is presented in such a way as to keep their faces / identities protected and less at risk of online harm or AI manipulation.

About Youth Work Week 2026

Youth Work Week 2026 takes place from 2-8 Tachwedd.

This year’s theme, Where Futures Begin, recognises that every young person’s journey is shaped by the relationships they build, the environments they feel part of and the opportunities they’re given.

Youth work helps young people build confidence, develop meaningful relationships, explore their identity and ambitions, and take positive steps towards their future.

Youth Work Week is an opportunity to celebrate the young people, youth workers, volunteers, organisations and partnerships helping make this happen every day.
